Privacy Policy

This portal is operated by Ammunition (“we,” “us”) to give our clients a single place to view project updates, deliverables, schedules, and related materials. This policy explains what information we collect through the portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to the client portal, not to Ammunition’s public website.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address. Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a single-use sign-in link, so we never collect or store a password.
• Usage activity — a record of when your account last accessed a portal, used to show your account team who has seen recent updates.
• Content you submit — information you enter in the portal, such as new-project intake requests (name, email, company, project details, budget and timeline ranges) and any images or files you upload.
• Administrative logs — a record of configuration actions taken by Ammunition staff within a portal (for accountability). These logs do not contain sign-in tokens.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, operate and secure the portal, deliver the content and updates relevant to your engagement, respond to intake requests, and communicate with you about your projects. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

The portal uses only strictly-necessary cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a small cookie that remembers which portal you are currently viewing. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to run the portal. Each processes data only to provide its service:

• Vercel — application hosting and server logs.
• Neon — the database that stores account and portal content.
• Vercel Blob — storage for images uploaded to a portal.
• Google Fonts — serves the portal’s typefaces; receives visitors’ IP addresses when a page loads.
• ClickUp and Google (Drive, Calendar) — when your account team embeds task boards, files, or scheduling links, those sections load content directly from those services, which may receive your request data.

Data retention

We keep account and portal content for as long as your engagement with Ammunition is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Uploaded files and activity records are retained on the same basis.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at hello@ammunition.agency. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law.

Security

Sign-in uses single-use, time-limited email links instead of passwords, connections are encrypted in transit, and access to portal content is restricted to authenticated users with permission for that portal. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
