Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to and use of the Ammunition client portal. By signing in or using the portal, you agree to them. If you are using the portal on behalf of a company, you agree to them on that company’s behalf. The portal is provided in connection with an existing engagement between your organization and Ammunition; nothing here changes the terms of that engagement, and if there is a conflict, your signed agreement with Ammunition controls.

Your account

Accounts are for the individuals we invite or approve. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Do not share your login, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

  • Use the portal only for its intended purpose — viewing and exchanging materials related to your engagement.
  • Do not attempt to access portals, accounts, or data that are not yours.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or probe the service.
  • Do not use the portal to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

Content

Materials Ammunition makes available in the portal remain the property of Ammunition or its licensors and are shared with you for your engagement. Content you upload remains yours; you grant Ammunition permission to store and use it as needed to operate the portal and deliver your projects. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Availability

We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the portal, in whole or in part, at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ammunition is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal.

Termination

We may suspend or remove access to the portal at any time, including at the end of an engagement. You may stop using the portal at any time and request that we delete your account.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
